Grimco, Inc. is seeking a results-driven B2B sales professional to support the Atlanta market. The role combines inside and outside sales with on-site visits and product demos, collaborating with teammates to reach shared goals.

You will learn Grimco’s product portfolio and help customers—cities, contractors, and businesses—get essential signage products. Training occurs at Grimco’s Saint Louis HQ, with travel covered by the company.

Join a collaborative sales team at one of the largest signage distributors in North America and help grow our Atlanta market. You'll be the go-to person helping cities, contractors, and businesses get the essential products they need to operate.

This is a sales role focused on phone-based relationship building with some in-person meetings, all team-oriented. You'll work alongside teammates who share goals and wins together, with a mix of inside selling, customer visits, and consultative problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years in sales, customer service, or a related customer-facing role
• Someone who builds rapport quickly and isn't afraid to pick up the phone
• A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-selling environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for customer visits (mileage reimbursement provided)

Training & Development Sales Orientation –SAINT LOUIS, MO

• Opportunity to attend Grimco’s Training & Development Sales Orientation at our Corporate Headquarters in Sunset Hills!
• Focused training time consisting of a mix of one-on-one training, virtual training, and shadowing.
• Training focuses on Grimco’s products, computer systems, phones/customers, sales/service, purchasing, logistics, web store, marketing, safety, accounting, human resources, and reports.
• Split between break-out sessions and hands‑on learning environment.
• Rotation within departments for a diverse look at how employees approach tasks and achieve goals.
• Full-time salary includes training period. Travel accommodations and expenses provided per Grimco National Travel Policy. Training location determined by corporate/regional training team schedule.
