• Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

About the Role

We are seeking a Commission-Based Sales Representative to join The Pappas Agency. We offer high earning potential, growth opportunities, and a supportive environment. Our agency specializes in insurance products such as life, whole life, mortgage protection, annuities, index universal life, and more.

Our first-time agents can earn up to $75-150K per year with no sales experience required. We provide a proven system, leads system (no cold calling), and comprehensive training. We value individuals with a growth mindset, resilience, positivity, self-motivation, coachability, and a strong work ethic.

In addition to competitive commissions, we offer up to $7,000 in cash bonuses, an all-expense-paid trip worth $8K based on sales in the first 90 days, and opportunities for advancement. We support remote work if desired.
