Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Senior Sales Representative in Jacksonville, FL to manage and grow an existing client base, spending half of the time in the field with customers and at industry events. You will prospect daily for new clients, build a strong sales pipeline, and onboard clients while coordinating with the Sales Team on pricing and statuses.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing client base to meet/exceed sales goals, spending ~50% of time in the field with customers, prospects, and at industry events.
• Prospect daily for new clients, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and participate in networking events to expand opportunities.
• Onboard clients, maintain accurate records, and support Client Service Coordinators and the Sales Team with pricing, job status, and inventory follow-ups.
• Prepare and secure approval for job quotes using company protocols; monitor AR and escrow balances and follow up with clients as needed.
• Work closely with Operations to ensure efficient project execution and represent the company at trade shows and association events.

Pay: $45,000 yearly plus commission
Typical first year commission earnings: $15,000 year 1 and will increase

Job Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management & Sales: Manage and grow an existing client base to meet/exceed sales goals, spending ~50% of time in the field with customers, prospects, and at industry events. Conduct daily outreach via calls and meetings.
• New Business Development: Prospect daily for new clients, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and actively participate in networking events to expand business opportunities.
• Account Coordination & Project Support: Onboard clients, maintain accurate records, and support Client Service Coordinators and the Sales Team with pricing, job status, client tours, and inventory follow-ups.
• Quoting & Financial Oversight: Prepare and secure approval for job quotes using company protocols; monitor AR and escrow balances and follow up with clients as needed.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations to ensure efficient project execution, and represent the company at trade shows and association events to build industry relationships.
