Lithia & Driveway, a major automotive retailer, is seeking a Sales Representative for Southwest Infiniti in Houston. You will present vehicle attributes, financing options, and store policies to customers, while following up and building relationships with new and existing clients.

Weekend availability is required. A proven background in customer service, strong communication, reliability, and computer skills are essential to thrive in our team environment.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
• Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store specific management system/s.
• Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.

What You'll Bring

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable, shows up ready to work.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers.
• Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
