Job summary

Refloor, America's fastest-growing flooring company, is hiring in Louisville, KY. This role involves meeting with homeowners, guiding them to the right flooring solution, and closing sales using company-provided warm leads.

You’ll receive a 4-week hands-on training program, with the first two weeks paid, start earning commission by week 3, and enjoy rewards including a top performer pay tier of $120K+. Flexible scheduling supports weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays as needed.
