Job summary

Drive N-Motion LTD in Greeley, CO is hiring a full-time Sales Representative to join a fast-paced car dealership. You will earn an uncapped pay plan with a salary range of $90,000 to $140,000+ per year, depending on sales.

As part of the team, you’ll deliver top-notch customer service, build relationships and communicate effectively while guiding buyers through the car-buying journey, handling quotes and financing, and following up with prospects and referrals.

Qualifications

• 2 years or more of sales experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service is a plus.
• 1+ year of new or used car sales experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the car-buying journey to match their needs.
• Present and discuss pre-owned vehicle options and financing.
• Schedule and conduct vehicle test drives.
• Prepare quotes and explain financing options.
• Follow up with prospective customers and referrals.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and records.

As a Sales Representative with an uncapped pay plan, you can expect to earn a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $140,000+/year, depending on number of sales. The typical schedule is Monday through Saturday with a day off during the week and Sunday.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Our automotive sales consultants come from a variety of backgrounds and industries. You don't have to have automotive sales experience to be successful but you should have experience providing exceptional customer service and previous sales experience is a plus.

• Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
• Sales, including inside sales, outside sales, or retail sales is a plus
• Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
• Outgoing personality with the ability to develop relationships easily ( "people person")
• Basic computer, email and internet proficiency
• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
• Saturdays and some evening hours
• Valid U.S. Driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, and DMV screen
• 1 year's worth of new or used car sales experience strongly preferred

Sales Consultants spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss pre-owned vehicle and finance options

• Sales Consultants commit to becoming automotive sales experts and gain a wide knowledge of multiple vehicle makes, models and brands.
• Sales Consultants test drive a wide variety of awesome vehicles
• Complete quotes and present & explain financing options for used vehicles, while developing and honing top-notch negotiation skills
• Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail / text messages
• Assist online shoppers by setting and confirming appointments
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate referral leads
