Job summary

DaBella is seeking a high-energy Sales Representative in California. You will work with pre-qualified leads to close home improvement projects, earning uncapped commissions and bonuses. The role offers extensive training and leadership development, with travel within the territory and a pay structure designed for rapid earning potential.

You will need a valid driver's license, be available Monday through Saturday, and be comfortable traveling. Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.

Compensation

• Uncapped performance-based income + additional bonuses for highly motivated reps

• Earn while you learn: $1,750 during training period.

• Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-$100,000+

• Top performers earn $150,000+ annually

• $3,000 sign-on bonus , paid out over 12 weeks. This will be paid out $250 weekly upon completion of new hire training. The full bonus is fully dependent upon completing the initial 12 weeks of selling after training.

• Personal vehicle mileage reimbursement available. Reimbursement rate varies per California state branch location.

• Valid driver’s license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

• Working cell phone with data plan.
