Surface Experts in Texas is seeking a Sales Representative to build relationships with property management and facilities maintenance clients. You will educate customers about our services and advance deals from lead to sale.

This role offers base salary plus commissions, a path for advancement, paid time off, and a collaborative team environment. You should be driven, customer-focused, and comfortable working a full-time schedule during regular business hours.

Qualifications

• Must be goal-driven with a track record of closing new business.
• Able to work autonomously and stay coachable in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with a metrics-based, process-driven sales approach.
• Licensed to drive a car and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet 14-20 contacts daily through on-site visits, calls and emails.
• Educate customers in property management and facilities maintenance about Surface Experts services.
• Follow an established sales process from lead to sale and document activities in CRM.
• Plan and execute a territory sales strategy to grow the customer base.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a Surface Experts Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build trust with our customers. We are looking for someone who lives out our core values of Serving Others, Being a Problem Solver and Trusting the Process.

In the Field Daily

• Meeting with 14-20 contacts a day.
• On-site visits, phone calls and email follow-ups.
• Visiting a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Builders... etc.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintaining and expanding existing Customer relationships.
• Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations.
• Validating level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve.
• Earning the trust with our Customers.

Follow Sales Process

• Memorizing sales scripts and role-playing practice
• Documenting sales activities in CRM; tracking a client from lead to Sale and all the steps in between.
• Reporting data accurately daily/weekly.
• Planning and executing a sales strategy for the territory.

Required Qualifications

• Goal-oriented, self-starter, coachable/teachable, ambitious, and energetic.
• Strong record of closing new business, preferably B2B sales.
• Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
• Professional, caring and service-minded
• Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team

Preferred Skills

• General working knowledge of property and/or construction industry
• Experience using CRM tool and process
• Experience working in base + commission environment
