Job summary

Universal Windows Direct in Durham, NC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative. No cold calling; company-provided leads; in-home presentations; you’ll build trust, educate homeowners, and close deals.

We offer paid training, a clear commission path to six figures, uncapped earnings, and opportunities for advancement, including management tracks; health benefits and a 401(k) plan. Requires valid driver's license and ability to lift 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to learn UWD's product line via in-person and virtual training.
• Experience building relationships quickly with customers.
• Sales, lead generation or customer service experience is a plus.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Previous experience in the following seen favorably: Sales, Commission based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, other Customer Service focused positions.
• A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
