Total Quality Logistics in Dayton, OH is hiring for an entry-level Sales role designed to build a lasting career with an award-winning culture and high earning potential. No experience required: we provide paid, hands-on training in sales and logistics.

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers and resolve freight issues.
