Job summary

TQL in Miamisburg, OH is hiring entry level sales reps to begin a career in logistics. You’ll receive six months of hands-on training, develop negotiation skills, and learn to solve freight challenges while growing a book of business.

No experience is required. We offer a paid training program, uncapped commissions, and a clear path to six-figure earnings as you contribute daily in a fast-paced, in-office team environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.

• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Meet sales metrics to become eligible for commission.
