Marlow Ford in Virginia is seeking a customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You’ll help customers select the Ford vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle, and you’ll be rewarded with a competitive pay structure and uncapped earning potential.

We provide paid training, robust support from a collaborative team, and clear opportunities for advancement while representing pickup trucks, SUVs, and the latest Ford models.

• Previous sales experience required (automotive experience preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
