Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in Louisville, KY is hiring for an entry-level sales role with no experience required. You will receive a paid training program and work to build relationships, negotiate freight deals, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery.

Compensation includes a $40,000–$50,000 minimum in your first year plus uncapped commissions. Relocation options, benefits, and a clear path to leadership are available as you grow your career with TQL.

Responsibilities

• Receive six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Assist in solving customer needs and sourcing carriers for time-sensitive freight.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through outreach and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and close new customers.
• Negotiate prices and resolve freight issues to ensure timely delivery.
