• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible; excels in dynamic environments and enjoys learning new systems and approaches.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions. New sales advisors can expect to earn up to $105,000, while experienced sales advisors can earn over $150,000.

Additional Pay: For your first 8 weeks of training, you’ll earn up to $4,000.
