Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to drive full-home inspections and close sales with homeowners, backed by a trusted pest-control brand. You’ll use an iPad to manage appointments and documentation, build trust with customers, and provide recommended treatment options.

Eligible candidates have sales or related experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days. Training is provided and the earning potential is uncapped.

Qualifications

• Sales, Account Management, Home Inspection, or Project Management experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear PPE, which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.

Responsibilities
