Job summary

Bartlett Roofing is seeking an energetic Sales Representative in Kennesaw, GA to drive growth through door-to-door and in-office prospecting. You will own the sales cycle from inspection to closing, educate homeowners on insurance claims, and leverage our mobile tools and CRM for accurate activity tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door sales or high-velocity sales cycles.
• Ability to identify leads and convert to customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and generate new prospects (in-office & door-to-door).
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections.
• Own the full sales cycle - from initial inspection to closing the deal.
• Conduct roof inspections & represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings.
• Educate homeowners about our services and the insurance claims process.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment with professional communication.
• Document all sales activities through our mobile tools and CRM.
