Job summary

Lynco Products, a nationwide wholesale distributor, is seeking Independent Sales Representatives to cover the Scranton area in Northeastern PA. This 1099 role offers a high-commission structure and established accounts for growth.

Ideal candidates will be self-starters with hunter instincts, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage a territory independently. Travel and merchandising duties are involved to drive revenue and territory expansion.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status (1099)

• Ability to cover Scranton area and surrounding Northeastern PA
• Willingness to travel regionally and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Call on convenience stores, grocery stores, and travel centers to open or grow accounts
• Merchandise product lines and propose solutions to boost store profitability
• Develop local relationships, identify decision-makers, and expand Lynco’s brand presence
• Maintain a regular service schedule and pursue new opportunities in the territory
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to meet performance goals and support customer success
