The Law Office of Bryan Fagan in El Paso is seeking an experienced Sales Representative/Ambassador to join our Intake team. You will be first contact for prospective clients, qualify leads, and guide them through the initial intake process with a focus on customer service and communicating the value of our legal services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a legal intake specialist role or similar customer sales role that is highly customer service focused.
• Strong customer service and sales acumen are required.
• Ability to communicate the value of legal services to prospective clients.

Responsabilités

• Complete high-volume and prompt client communication via phone, email, and online channels to explain our legal services.
• Maintain high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Conduct initial consultations to gather information and determine potential clients' legal needs.
• Schedule appointments with attorneys for qualified leads.
• Meet and/or exceed sales goals.
• Use MS Office or Google Suite and CRM software (HubSpot) for data entry and reporting.
• Maintain strong, concise communication with internal teams regarding leads.

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is growing and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative/Ambassador to join our dynamic Intake team. The ideal candidate will be one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, responsible for evaluating and qualifying leads, and guiding them through the initial, legal intake process. We welcome your excellent customer service skills, solid sales acumen, and your ability to effectively communicate the value of our legal services.

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is a firm that excels in family, estate planning & probate, and criminal law matters. We have (11) offices in Texas: (2) offices in Houston (Corporate and River Oaks), and (1) office in Atascocita, Humble, Kingwood, The Woodlands, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Fort Worth, and Humble.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete high volume and prompt client communication via phone, email, and online channels, in efforts to explain our valuable legal services.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Conduct initial consultations to gather information and determine potential clients' legal needs.
• Schedule appointments with attorneys for qualified leads.
• Meet and or exceed sales goals.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office or Google Suite, and experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
• Handle all administrative task timely and accurately: data entry, prepare and send documents, reporting on lead conversion, etc.
• Maintain strong and concise communication with internal teams regarding leads.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• HS School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience in a legal intake specialist role or similar business to customer sales role that is highly customer service focused.
