Allegiant Business Group is seeking a Sales Representative & Trainer for a Full-Time, in-person role in a local territory. You will build your own book of business, present supplemental insurance solutions, and mentor teammates while meeting clients face to face.

Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $105,000 per year with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses. The position includes comprehensive training, licensing assistance, and a supportive culture that values coaching and client care.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor mindset and ability to build a personal book of business.
• Excellent presentation and mentoring abilities.
• Willingness to obtain or already hold Health & Life insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Present supplemental insurance solutions to business owners, managers, and employees.
• Lead individual and group presentations, from small meetings to teams of 50+.
• Mentor new team members and help them develop sales skills.
• Manage your book of business, follow up on leads, and support team goals.
