Role Description

This is a commission-only Sales Representative role at QueBie. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting QueBie's solutions and services, and closing sales deals. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with key decision-makers at large construction and tech companies.
  2. Effectively communicate the value and capabilities of our AI solution, aligning features to customer needs.
  3. Deliver impactful and persuasive product demonstrations tailored to diverse audiences, including executives, technical teams, and investors.
  4. Facilitate and negotiate partnerships or integrations with SaaS providers, ERP system developers, BI tool providers, and analytics companies to enhance market reach and product value.
  5. Assist in creating compelling presentations and pitches for investor meetings and funding opportunities.
  6. Engage potential investors by clearly presenting our product vision, market opportunity, and growth potential.
  7. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts effectively to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  8. Regularly update management on sales forecasts, performance, market trends, and opportunities.
