Position Overview

Work from Your Home Office - Sales Representative

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $95,000

This is a true work-from-home position for sales professionals. Whether you are experienced or new to sales, our training platform will help you succeed from your home office. We also offer a part-time platform for those interested in becoming referring agents.

Job Responsibilities

• Help protect families financially by working in areas such as Equity & Mortgage Protection, Debt Elimination, Infinite Banking, Final Expense, Retirement Planning, and Retirement Preparation.
• Follow up on leads sent into our office, schedule appointments, and assist families in finding suitable protection plans.
• Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
• Report your performance metrics to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
• Note: Our sales reps do NOT cold call or prospect; we provide leads.

Qualifications

• Possess a State Life Insurance License or be willing to obtain one (we can assist with discounted classes).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the USA.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient with smartphone, computer, and iPad.
• Own a computer or tablet with a webcam.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated.
