Compensation Range - Commission Only

This is a true WORK FROM HOME position for sales professionals. We provide training for all new agents, whether experienced or new to sales.

Description
  • We help protect families financially in case of critical illness or passing away.
  • Our work is crucial for the families we serve, and they seek information about our programs.
  • We operate in Mortgage Protection, Final Expense Protection, Debt Elimination, and retirement planning for various client groups.
Duties
  • Follow up with responders sent into our office by potential clients and schedule appointments.
  • Meet with families via in-person, phone, or video chat to find suitable protection plans.
  • Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
  • Report your performance metrics to the home office.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training.
  • Note: Our sales reps do NO Cold-Calling or Prospecting.
  • This is a 100% commission-only, independent contractor position (1099), not an employee role.

Qualifications
  • Possession or willingness to obtain a State Life Insurance License.

  • Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the USA.
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency with smartphone, computer, or iPad.
  • Own a cell phone and a computer/tablet with a webcam.
  • Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking.
