Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or a performance-based commission. There is potential for higher earnings, with a guaranteed income even during off weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. The skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable across many fields. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers within the company.

Work Schedule and Flexibility

We help our reps create schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, others part-time or around other commitments such as classes or family. Most meetings and training are held in the office, with remote work after training.
