RNDC is looking for a collaborative and energetic Sales Rep Merchandiser to join our growing sales team. The Sales Rep Merchandiser will maximize the sale of supplier brands to both the retail chain customers. This position will also be responsible for performing effective account management, selling, and communicating resulting in the achievement of company and supplier programs and objectives.

In this role, you will

• Plan time and activities to ensure achievement of company and supplier established goals and sales objectives within assigned accounts.
• Develop monthly, weekly, and daily written plans for execution. Establish and follow an efficient and economical routing pattern that ensures assigned accounts are serviced and merchandised as needed.
• Follow the established guidelines for a complete sales call. Be responsible for all aspects of servicing and merchandising within assigned accounts.
• Achieve company and supplier goals and sales objectives within assigned accounts. Build positive relationships and an effective partnership with the ultimate decision maker in all assigned accounts.
• Ensure 100% distribution of all authorized sku’s in cold box and on shelf in all assigned accounts. Ensure feature price promotions and display merchandising support from the assigned territory chain account buyers.
• Communicate issues, opportunities, and market intelligence with appropriate management through written, electronic and verbal means. Maintain up-to-date, accurate territory and account records.
• Submit prompt and accurate reports. Follow company policies and procedures. This position is required to serve as information resources for, and conduits between, the field and Senior Management.

What you bring to RNDC

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 3 years of sales experience in the beverage alcohol industry.

Compensation

This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with California's state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The salary generally starts at 35,100.00up to 43,900.00, and is a combination of base salary plus monthly earned commissions if applicable. The salary is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills and experience.
