Territory Service and Sales Manager - Medical Equipment

This position supports Prescott's, Inc. and involves driving sales and revenue growth in your assigned territory. Responsibilities include developing relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting our products and services, and providing tailored solutions. Collaboration with sales and other departments is essential to ensure customer satisfaction and meet business goals.

The role offers a base salary of $30,000 to $60,000 plus unlimited commissions, with total earnings potentially ranging from $95,000 to $150,000.

The position is based in San Francisco, San Jose, or Oakland, CA.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand sales within your territory, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
  • Inspect equipment, diagnose operational issues, and perform maintenance and repairs according to OEM standards
  • Respond to service calls and develop relationships with key stakeholders like surgeons, physicians, and hospital administrators
  • Set meetings with decision-makers across hospitals, clinics, and universities
  • Educate customers on product benefits and provide excellent customer service
  • Travel for service calls, sales meetings, and cold calls, including overnight stays
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Attend industry conferences and trade shows to promote our offerings
