What you bring

• BS/AS degree in Engineering or Business (MBA preferred) with prior technical sales experience; or, Journeyman Technician with at least 5 years of field experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and SAP

• Minimum 5 years experience in the elevator industry or related building systems industry

  • Coordinate with Owners and Building management for maintenance agreements, renewals, and updates to meet new code requirements or incorporate new technologies.
  • Assist in expediting final payments on projects completed six months prior, addressing shutdown issues caused by construction environment constraints.
  • Use product application experience to negotiate, develop proposals, make presentations, and close sales effectively and competitively.
