Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives to help clients organize their homes. The role offers the flexibility of working from home with pre-set appointments and comprehensive training, no previous experience required.

You will join a franchisee-run operation with a hybrid remote setup, health benefits, and a clear path to advance. Expect in-person Orlando training, warm client leads, and a schedule that fits your lifestyle while you grow in design and sales.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or design experience is required.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Available for a full week of in-person training in Orlando, November 16th-20th, 2026? (Training is paid)

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
