Job summary

Closets by Design Chicago Downtown is seeking Designers/Sales Representatives who are people-oriented and enjoy helping others organize their homes. This role offers hybrid remote work and pre-set appointments with clients near your home, with comprehensive sales and design training provided, no prior experience needed.

You will visit homes with customers, educate them about our products, build rapport, and guide them through the design process.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is required.
• Candidate should be coachable and willing to follow training.
• Growth mindset with willingness to follow the training.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

You can help others organize their home. As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility of working from home. We provide pre-set appointments with nice people just like you, close to your home. You will receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.

A Day In The Life

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.

Requirements

It is a very flexible schedule, you pick the days you want to work and have way less work hours than a normal 9-5. They teach you everything you need to know and there is no cap on commission, as long as your making sales, they will pay you for it. The have incentives about every month, you can earn bonuses on top of commission and they do raffles for prizes. They truly care about their employees and it is by far the best place I have worked.
