A Day in the Life POSITION DESCRIPTION
To grow sales and market share for an assigned territory by promoting,sellingand servicing Vascular products.
Build business by aggressively developing new accounts and driving therapy adoption of DCB, Atherectomyand the full PV product portfolio across the continuum of care for PAD.
Practice good, ethical territory management in terms of organization, planning,administration,and expense planning and control.
Train medical staff on products and procedures.
Consistently achieve assigned performanceobjectivesand business goals.
This Baltimore-based role requires candidates toresidewithin the assigned territory and travel regularly between customer accounts.
Vascular Sales Representativesare required towork standard business hours and may often requireadditionalevenings,weekendsand travel to support business needs.
A valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and a driving record that meets company standards arerequired.
Position Responsibilities
- Drive territory growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans that achieve or exceed revenue, market share, and account developmentobjectives.
- Identifyand capitalizeon opportunities across existing and prospective accounts,leveragingthe full product portfolio to expand customer partnerships, increase account penetration, and maximize business performance.
- Build and strengthenrelationships with physicians, administrators, and key healthcare stakeholders through consultative selling, strategic presentations, and clinical discussions that drive therapy adoption and business growth.
- Influence and closebusiness opportunities through value-based selling, contract optimization, effective objection handling, and cross-functional partnerships that deliver customer and business outcomes.
- Expand and acceleratemarket growth by generating leads, uncovering new business opportunities,representingMedtronic at industry conferences and customer events, and implementing strategies that differentiate Medtronic solutions from competitors.
- Partnerwith physicians and care teams to plan procedures, manage case expectations, provide clinical support, and deliver exceptional customer experiences thatoptimizepatient outcomes.
- Manageterritory operations with a focus on account coverage, market intelligence, expense stewardship, and adherence to financial, regulatory, quality, and compliance standards.
- Collaborateacross internal and external stakeholders to share market insights, support businessobjectives, andmaintainexpertisein products, reimbursement, clinical applications, and industry trends.
- Performjob duties that require extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workdayup to 8 hours a day.
- Operatesafely in clinical environments that may require the use of personal protective equipment and exposure to infectious diseases or radiation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 12+ years OR associate's degree and 10+ years OR Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
NICE TO HAVE
- 8+ years B2B or Healthcare Sales with 6 years’ experience selling medical device or medical capital equipment
- Degree in biological science or business preferred
- Knowledge & experience in operating room, hospital & physician office protocol/conduct
- Ability to teach & educate medical personnel, peers & technical support personnel
- Top 10% past performance; President’s Club winner
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$90,000.00 - $90,000.00—The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California.The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
- In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
