Job summary

CPR Cell Phone Repair by Amtel Repair in Houston is seeking a Sales Representative to be the face of our store and drive customer satisfaction and sales. You will assess device needs, explain solutions, and help customers choose accessories and care products.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and teamwork, experience in customer service, and a willingness to learn electronics repair. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Face-to-face customer service experience is required.
• Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics is preferred.
• Selling accessories and device care products is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalents is helpful.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Sales experience is a big plus.
• Wireless device repair certifications are a plus (e.g., Apple Certified Technician, CTIA WISE).

AVG ALL IN PAY WITH BASE AND BONUSES $15-$17/HR

As a CPR Sales Representative, you are the face of our company and the most important position when it comes to generating sales and delivering exceptional customer experience. We are looking for bold, energetic, passionate people as you are the first line of contact for our customers every day.
