LPU Batangas is seeking a recruiter to manage the full lifecycle from intake with hiring managers to sourcing and interviewing candidates. You will coach consultants, manage expectations, and maintain relationships for ongoing placements and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus.
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work in a performance-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including meeting with hiring managers to understand their needs
• Source qualified professionals through various recruiting tools
• Screen potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, learning about their goals, skills, and interests to ensure alignment
• Communicate work opportunities and prepare consultants for starting their new roles
• Perform relationship-building activities such as coaching consultants for interviews, checking in on their first day, and maintaining contact throughout their employment
• Maintain a network of consultants aligned with top industry-specific skill sets
• Build trusted relationships with professionals to be seen as a partner in advancing their careers
