HTU is seeking a recruiter to own the full lifecycle, meeting with hiring managers to understand needs and sourcing qualified professionals across diverse tools. You will screen consultants, align goals and skills with roles, and prepare candidates for new opportunities.

You will build relationships, coach for interviews, and maintain an active network of industry-specific professionals, supporting their career progression in a performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work in a performance-based environment.

Responsabilités

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including meeting with hiring managers to understand their needs.
• Source qualified professionals using various recruiting tools.
• Screen potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, aligning their goals, skills, and interests with opportunities.
• Communicate work opportunities and prepare consultants for new roles.
• Perform relationship-building activities such as coaching consultants for interviews, checking in on their first day, and maintaining ongoing engagement.
• Maintain a network of consultants aligned with top industry-specific skill sets.
• Build trusted relationships with professionals to support their career advancement.
