We are seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter to support our high-growth Sales organization. This is a high-volume, exceptionally fast-paced environment that requires a talent partner who thrives in ambiguity. In this role, you will manage the entire hiring process from initial sourcing to offer acceptance or be in a split model, helping us scale our Go-To-Market teams.
This role requires a hybrid schedule of a minimum 3 days a week in-office.

In the United States, compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, job level, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. The typical base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $113,500 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $90,200 - $124,000 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
