Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is looking for a Sales Recruiter to drive national sales hiring and contribute to our rapid expansion strategy. You will work with recruiters and hiring managers, nurturing candidates and maintaining strong relationships to meet hiring goals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional recruitment or sales experience.

Job description

As a Sales Recruiter at Power, your responsibilities will center on enhancing our talent acquisition efforts, playing a direct role in Power's strategy for rapid expansion. You will directly contribute to our mission of headcount growth by ensuring the attraction and engagement of outstanding talent. Working closely with department leadership, you'll receive mentorship and guidance that is unparalleled, positioning you to significantly exceed our strategic hiring objectives.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

• Work collaboratively with a team of recruiters to support national sales hiring needs.
• Multi-task effectively to manage various tasks simultaneously.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Operate effectively in a metrics-driven environment, which includes tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain excellent relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and ensure alignment with job requirements.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years professional experience

Salary And Benefits

• Base salary plus commission $90,000 - $100,000
