This onsite position in Wilmington, DE centers on attracting and engaging candidates, partnering closely with hiring managers, and staying accountable in a metrics-driven recruiting environment.

The role will work with a team of recruiters to help meet hiring needs as priorities shift, while maintaining strong candidate relationships and tracking key recruiting activity. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other recruiters to support national sales hiring needs.
• Multi-task and manage multiple recruiting activities at the same time.
• Prioritize workload to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
• Work effectively in a metrics-driven environment, tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and support a smooth hiring process.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to support their experience and ensure alignment with job requirements.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary plus commission: USD 90,000 - 100,000 per year.
