Job summary

Guaranteed Rate is seeking a recruiting professional to source mortgage sales candidates, conduct initial outreach, and build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, thorough documentation, and delivering qualified profiles to the hiring team.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of mortgage recruiting experience, with comfort in cold calling and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
