Job summary

Guaranteed Rate seeks a Customer Connection Associate to be the first contact with clients and support loan officer lead flow in its Consumer Direct Division. You will engage with potential borrowers, answer questions, and move leads toward solutions in a fast-paced team environment.

The role offers base pay of $15.00 per hour, plus a multi-tier bonus plan tied to daily, weekly, and monthly performance. Hours are 8:30 am–8:00 pm EST, with emphasis on service and results.

Job Description

The primary function of the Customer Connection Associate is to support loan officer lead flow by being the first point of contact to clients. Employees are eligible to receive a base pay of an hourly minimum wage $15.00,in addition to a highly competitive bonus plan that consists of daily, weekly and monthly performance tiers. Your day to day will look like:

• Reaching out to leads to establish contact to customers inquiring about our services
• Handling inbound inquiries consisting of general mortgage questions and convert them into sales
• Overcoming objections of prospective customers
• Providing prompt and courteous customer service
