Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in San Antonio is seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Recruiter to join our growing team.

You will partner with the Recruiting Team to source, interview and manage site sales and marketing hiring, partnering with site leadership to hit class goals and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role emphasizes high-volume recruiting, passive candidate sourcing, and creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for our Vacation ownership and travel

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of recruiting and/or sales experience.
• High-volume recruiting experience preferred.
• Source passive candidates via direct sourcing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Recruiting Team to source, recruit, interview and manage site sales and marketing hiring.
• Work with Site Leadership to set and meet training class goals.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience.
• Develop annual and monthly recruiting plans.
• Build a social media presence to promote the site.
• Engage with local colleges, career fairs, and alumni.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure processes are followed.

Summary:

At Travel + Leisure, our goal is simple: to put the world on vacation! We're currently searching for a talented Sales and Marketing Recruiter to join our incredible San Antonio team.

How You’ll Shine:

• Partner with Recruiting Team to source, recruit, interview and manage the site sales and marketing hiring process.
• Work closely with Site Leadership Team to set and meet training class goals.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience.
• Partner with other recruiters to share best practices and maintain site and region-wide objectives.
• Use creativity to attract top sales and marketing representatives to Travel + Leisure, including promoting employee referrals internally.
• Update candidate and staffing reports on an ongoing basis.
• Work with Recruiting team to develop a yearly recruiting action plan and adjust monthly as needed.
• Build a social media presence to consistently promote the Site (LinkedIn, etc.)
• Develop a consistent and creative flow of well-negotiated site-specific sourcing options.
• Engage with local College Students and Alumni by researching and attending different Employer opportunities (career fairs, resume help sessions, classroom presentations, etc.).
• Work closely with hiring managers and trainers to ensure corporate and site sales hiring processes are being followed and that appropriate candidate profiles are being identified.
• Manage site recruiting media campaigns, including methods, content, and distribution within budget as needed.
• Actively participate in site/area recruiting networking projects for contributing and collecting best practices for distribution to all sites.
• Attend Site Sales & Marketing meetings along with SLT meetings on a weekly basis.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2-3+ years of Recruiting and/or Sales experience preferred.
• High Volume Recruiting highly preferred.
• Sales Recruiting experience highly preferred.
• Ability to source "passive" candidates via direct sourcing.
• Must be a team player and possess the ability to form good working relationships with others.
• High School or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to handle rejection and common objections.
• Intermediate in Microsoft Office including MS Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workday).
