Navarre Nissan in Lake Charles is seeking a energetic Sales Associate to welcome showroom guests and guide them through our latest Nissan models. You will listen to customer needs, highlight features, and arrange engaging test drives to create a memorable buying experience.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer software and smartphone apps.
• Reliable, flexible schedule including some weekends.
• Experience in customer service or retail.
• Enthusiasm for automotive industry and new models.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors to the showroom and listen carefully to understand exactly what they need in a vehicle.
• Lead guests through our inventory to highlight features that make our latest Nissan models stand out.
• Facilitate engaging test drives that allow potential owners to feel the quality and performance of our cars.
• Explain various financing and leasing options clearly so clients feel confident in their financial decisions.
• Follow up with previous visitors to ensure their questions are answered and they feel supported long after they leave the lot.
• Collaborate with the rest of the sales team to ensure every guest receives a welcoming and smooth experience from start to finish.
