Clinic Hours: Mon-Thur 8:30am-6pm, Fri-Sat 8:30am-5pm

Position Summary:

We are hiring a full-time Sales Receptionist for our Cincinnati (Florence), KY location. In this role, you will greet and welcome clients, providing excellent customer service to build and maintain relationships and ensure client satisfaction. You will collaborate with the clinic staff to meet monthly sales goals through upselling services and promotions, and perform administrative duties to support the Sales Manager in managing daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
• Handle incoming calls to schedule appointments and answer questions.
• Confirm appointments, communicate with clients, and maintain records.
• Assist in achieving sales goals through upselling and relationship building.
• Support the Sales Manager with follow-up calls and promotions (no cold calling).
• Support clinic needs such as treatment room upkeep, event support, and general maintenance.
• Process financial transactions.
• Perform opening and closing duties daily.
• Provide administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and faxing.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work full-time, including rotating Saturdays.
• Initiative and ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to lift 20-40 pounds.
