Job summary

The First Electronics Corporation (FEC) in Chelsea, MA is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to manage quotations from inquiry to order entry in Epicor. You will coordinate with Inside and Outside Sales, Engineering, Production Control, and Customer Service to prepare accurate quotes and keep records up to date.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with attention to detail and data entry accuracy. Compensation includes a $20–$25 USD hourly range.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in sales or customer service.
• Experience with an ERP system is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the quotation process from inquiry to final order entry in Epicor.
• Collaborate with Inside/Outside Sales, Engineering, Production Control, and Customer Service to gather data for quotes.
• Serve as central point of contact for internal sales-related inquiries.
• Generate and present accurate quotations to customers promptly.
• Track quotation status and follow up to progress opportunities.
• Maintain organized records of all quotations and orders.
