Job description

30th September, 2026

Ground-floor opportunity to design, launch, and own an in-contract physical damage insurance program, working directly with company leadership.

A fast-growing captive finance company serving a major heavy equipment manufacturer is hiring its first dedicated insurance professional. This is not a maintenance role. It is a ground-floor opportunity to design, launch, and own an in-contract physical damage insurance program, working directly with company leadership and a national carrier partner, in an organization that has grown to over a billion dollars in receivables in under four years.

You will be the company's Designated Responsible Licensed Producer (DRLP), responsible for the licensing, compliance, and day-to-day operation of a program built from scratch. If you want to build something you can point to, and you are tired of maintaining someone else's system, this is that opportunity.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
  • A smoothly running insurance program that dealers rarely have to ***escalate*** about, because turnaround and service simply work.
  • Fast, reliable certificate-of-insurance turnaround for dealer and customer needs.
  • A successful rollout of a second insurance product expected to significantly increase program volume, without becoming a bottleneck.
  • A program dealers and leadership see as a genuine sales enabler, on par with the frictionless, point-of-sale insurance attachment offered by the industry's largest equipment brands.
