Groupe SEB in Irvine, CA is hiring a Sales Program Manager to lead cross-functional sales initiatives and optimize programs that drive revenue growth. You will coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure program effectiveness and scalable processes.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in sales operations or program management within a B2B setting, with strong communication, problem-solving and presentation skills.
The Sales Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing programs and processes that support the broader sales organization. This individual is responsible for leading key meetings as well as coordinating and supporting strategies to achieve the goals of the organization. This role will work cross functionally with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Technical Sales, Finance and Operations to drive program effectiveness, enhance operational efficiency and contribute to scalable growth.
Drive strategic meetings with the Sales team, Technical Sales Managers, and customers to collect insight to a build/improve program success.
Communicate business and customer requirements to internal stakeholders to capitalize on trends and market insights.
Lead and manage key sales programs, new products, services and initiatives that align with business goals and support revenue growth.
Support the sales planning and forecasting process by contributing program level insights and analysis.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve program KPIs.
Partner with the Customer Solutions, Service, and Supply Chain teams to improve and maintain scalable processes, systems, and reporting tools.
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support training initiatives that drive team productivity and program adoption.
Provide monthly sales reports against forecast to the sales team to guide the strategic sales plan.
Develop a comprehensive sales success toolbox to accelerate growth and enhance effectiveness, including a robust product portfolio, education on the competitive landscape and how to sell against the competition, and pricing tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Sales, Marketing, Technical Sales, Product Management, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and operational readiness for sales initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales operations or program management within a complex B2B environment (foodservice, manufacturing, or capital equipment preferred).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, dynamic presentation skills, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently, self-starter, self-motivator.
