Levin Furniture & Mattress in Monroeville, PA is hiring Home Furnishings Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. Earn an annual compensation of $50,000–$90,000 or more, with a guaranteed minimum salary of $3,000 per month during the first 90 days.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience (face-to-face preferred).
• Excellent and effective communication and listening skills.
• Willingness to learn and the ability to be trained/coached.
• Retail/Hospitality/Service industry experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a commissioned sales role; experience or education in sales, upselling, marketing, or interior design is a plus.
• Experience and/or proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, POS Systems, digital/mobile devices, etc.
• Education: High School Diploma and/or GED Equivalent and above.
