Job summary

Service Corporation International seeks a Family Service Counselor in Forest Park, IL. You will prospect, generate referrals, and present cemetery and pre-need options to families, while building trusted relationships and coordinating with funeral directors to ensure seamless service.

You will network within the community, respond to inquiries with empathy, and manage appointments with care, often working evenings or weekends as needed. Prior experience in sales or customer service is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with some college preferred.
• Strong customer service or sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to pass internal presentation certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities
