Job summary

Funeral Directors Life is seeking a prepaid funeral sales professional to meet families in West Texas (Pecos, Monahans, Fort Stockton, Alpine) and guide them through prepaid funeral planning. You will leverage provided leads, work toward closing plans, and benefit from a base salary plus uncapped commissions and generous bonuses.

The role includes industry-leading training, ongoing development, and opportunities to earn all-expenses-paid incentive trips and cash prizes based on performance.

Qualifications

• Texas Life Insurance license preferred (not required)
• Funeral industry experience preferred
• Highly ethical approach to sales
• Proven track record of sales success
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Excellent problem identification and resolution skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
• Comfortable with CRM software and sales tools
• Collaborates well and works in a team

Responsibilities

• Meet with families in the West Texas area (Pecos, Monahans, Fort Stockton, Alpine) to discuss prepaid funeral planning.
• Walk families through the planning process step by step.
• Leads are provided from multiple sources to nurture and close plans.
• Receive a base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.
• Participate in industry-leading training and ongoing development.
• Qualify for incentive trips and cash prizes through sales performance.
