Funeral Directors Life is seeking a Funeral Preplanning Specialist in the Hobbs, NM area. You will meet with families daily to discuss prepaid funeral planning and guide them through the process from start to finish.

The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and generous volume bonuses, with industry-leading training and ongoing development from a supportive sales team. You can qualify for all-expenses paid annual incentive trips and participate in sales contests.

Qualifications

• NM Life Insurance License preferred
• Funeral industry experience preferred
• Strong ethics in sales
• Proven track record in sales
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Excellent verbal communication
• MS Office proficiency
• Comfortable with CRM software and sales tools
