The Auffenberg Dealer Group in Shiloh, Illinois is seeking a motivated and experienced automotive sales professional to join our dedicated sales team. We are looking for a team player to work hard and provide excellent customer service for our valued customers.

This full-time, individual contributor role offers compensation ranging from $40,000 to $150,000 per year, plus benefits including health insurance, life insurance, 401K with match, flexible scheduling, and commission opportunities.

Qualificações

• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and three years of driving experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to needs.
• Conduct test-drives to demonstrate features.
• Develop sales strategies and close deals.
• Manage customer database and follow up on leads.
• Prepare sales documents and discuss financing or lease options.
• Stay updated on new products and services.
• Complete dealership sales/management training program.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting an automobile by asking questions and listening to customer needs
• Test-drive automobiles to demonstrate car features
• Develop sales strategies and close deals
• Manage customer database
• Prepare sales documents, develop financing or lease structures, and finalize details of transactions
• Keep abreast of new products and services
• Attend and complete dealership Sales/Management Training Program

Requirements

• Ability to be self-motivated and work in a fast paced environment
• Understanding of customer service standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have valid driver’s license and three years for driving experience
