Ashley HomeStore in Robinson Town Centre is hiring a Sales Professional / Home Furnishings Advisor to help customers choose furniture and mattresses that fit their home and budget. The role offers a strong earnings potential, paid training, and a guaranteed pay during the initial learning period.

Average annual earnings of $50,000-$90,000+ with top performers earning $100,000+. A draw-versus-commission structure applies after the intro guarantee, with ongoing coaching and product training

Qualifications

• Customer service experience (face-to-face preferred).
• 1-3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a commissioned sales role; experience or education in sales, upselling, marketing, or interior design is a plus.
• Education: High School Diploma and/or GED Equivalent and above.

As a Home Furnishings Advisor, you’ll:

• Welcome customers and create an exceptional shopping experience

• Experience and/or proficiency with computerized-based systems and technologies; i.e. Windows, Microsoft Office, POS Systems, digital/mobile devices, etc.
• Ability to meet physical demands and requirements of the position.
• Education: High School Diploma and/or GED Equivalent and above.
