Boston Inc dba Furniture & Appliance Mart/Ashley is seeking a full-time Furniture Sales Professional in Wisconsin. You will receive comprehensive training, helping you succeed and grow within our employee-owned company.

The role offers commission-based earnings with unlimited potential and requires weekend availability. A positive attitude and drive to learn are essential as you assist customers in creating beautiful rooms and securing their perfect purchases.

Responsabilidades

• Warmly greet customers and discuss their wants and needs.

• Act with honesty and integrity in the sales process.
• Follow up to ensure customers love their purchase.

What you will be doing each day:

• Warmly greet our customers and have a great conversation with them about their wants and needs.
• Help the customer create an amazing room to enjoy with their family and friends.
• Answer any questions the customer has about financing and payment plans.
• Close the sale and assure the customer is happy with their purchase.
• Invite the customer to come back and keep in touch.
• At all times be honest and demonstrate integrity in the sales process.
• Follow up with the customer to ensure they love their purchase.

What you should know about this role:

• This is a commission-based sales position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance
• Availability to work every weekend and most holidays is required
